Have you been looking around for the latest and best setups in Assetto Corsa Competizione but struggled to find any good one?
We all know how essential having a great GT4 car setup in ACC is, especially in such a high demanding track like Imola.
All those medium-speed corners and elevation changes make Imola one of the most challenging and fun racetracks to drive on.
I’ve always enjoyed driving here in real life, though I can confirm how to difficult it is, especially in sector 2 where you need to jump the kerbs like crazy.
Assetto Corsa Competizione Imola Setup – Audi GT4
Driving fast around Imola with the Audi GT4
For you to be quick around here, you’ll need to have lots of rear stability on the car, to help you brake deep and hard into the corners without having too much oversteer.
This can help you massively in the first 2 chicanes where it always tends to be difficult to have a good balance since the rear will always start to slide on entry.
For this reason I always tend to go a bit softer in the rear springs and rear anti-roll-bar which guarantees me a bit more stability.
As long as you then use the whole grip from the car, I’m sure you’ll be very fast.
Keep practicing a lot and you’ll see the times will come, especially if you get yourself a professional proven setup. 😉
