ACC Indianapolis Setup: Audi R8 GT4

Driving fast around Indianapolis with the Audi R8 GT4

For you to be quick around Indianapolis with the Audi R8 GT4 you’ll have to have lots of traction as well as a very reactivefront to be quick in the changes of direction.

In addition to that, you’ll want to run medium-to-high downforce in the car as it will help you carry lots of momentum in the high-speed corners.

Run the front splitter at 0 and the rear wing at 10 and then consider going down to 8 to see if you can handle it and perhaps improve your straight line speed.

In terms of anti-roll bars you’ll want to run quite soft overall in order to get good mechanical grip and alow you driver over the kerbs easily.

For a qualy configuration, run aRB 5 on the front and aRB 2 on the rear should be good enough to generate plenty of and traction without also getting too much push understeer.

The Audi is ususally pretty strong in terms of downforce so you could focus more on increasing the traction and the mechanical balance.

Having said that, once you’re setup is good enough, make sure you then spend some days relentlessly practicing and improving your driving.

That will get you faster lap times and pay really good dividends in your sim racing career.
