So I guess you’ve probably been looking for the latest and best setups in ACC around Silverstone but struggled to find any good one?
We all know how essential having a great car setup in Assetto Corsa Competizione is, especially in such a high demanding track like Silverstone.
The track is so technical that it will really require the best of your skills as well as a proper car setup if you stand a chance to hit the top of the podium.
It’s so twisty that you will need absolute precise car handling for you to succeed.
Driving fast around Silverstone in ACC GT3
In terms of setup it’s always important to have an efficient aero balance and low ride heights so that you can have as much downforce as possible needed to be fast in Maggots and Beckets.
Of course that isn’t it, you’ll in fact need to have the cambers adjusted for those medium to high-speed corners where you’ll need all the mechanical grip from the car.
Yeah sure, the traction might suffer a bit but remember that it is a blanket and one you pull to one side the other side will get cold.
So always remember that having a balance is key for unlocking real performance.
In terms of driving you instead want to get used to an oversteery car which allows you to be quick in the change of directions, therefore gaining time.
Of course it’ll be more difficult to handle but hey, who said it was going to be easy?
If your aim is to set purple sectors and win races this is what I recommend you to do from today.
