So I guess you’ve probably been looking for the latest and best setups in ACC around Misano but struggled to find any good one?
We all know how essential having a great car setup in Assetto Corsa Competizione is, especially in such a high demanding track like Misano.
All those tide corners in sectors 1 and 3 make this track a real challenge.
And the fact that the apex kerbs are so flat allows you to use them as much as possible, thus bringing the laptimes down.
I’m pretty sure that with a professional car setup anyone can be really competitive since the track layout isn’t that difficult.
Moreover, you will then have peace of mind about it so you will need to just focus on your driving instead.

Here’s a great Misano setup for the Aston Martin GT3 I recommend people checking out which is by the way totally free.
Misano’s sector 1 and sector 3 is really technical and will require you to be very precise and smooth in terms of driving.
You’ll need to focus a lot on keeping the optimum racing line between a corner and the other, especially having all these corners close to each other.
Using all the apex curbs until the black and yellow sausage will give you extra grip and car rotation as well as give you less overall distance to make.
That might not seem much, but carrying more speed plus making less distance in a given corner is really the holy grail of racing.
In the exists though, pick up the throttle ASAP and run wide using all the track available.
In this case yes, it sounds counterintuitive but despite making more distance by running wide, your laptimes will be actually quite a bit faster thanks to extra speed down the straights.
