ACC BMW M4 GT3 Paul Ricard Setup

So I guess you’ve probably been looking for the latest and best setups in ACC around Paul Ricard but struggled to find any good one?

We all know how essential having a great car setup in Assetto Corsa Competizione is, especially in such a high technical track as Paul Ricard.

This circuit features a really difficult sector 3 where the PROs usually make a big gap to the amateurs.

That’s the same in real life since once you get into those long medium-speed corners, being extra late on the brakes or extra soon to full throttle really makes a difference.

It will take plenty of laps to practice getting this right though once it starts to click for you, it’s done.

The first thing you want to be strong here is the braking.

The later and harder you brake, the more time you’ll win on entry and the more car load you will generate in the middle of the corner.

That load will then help you give that extra bit of rotation fundamental to get yourself soon to full throttle thus giving you a phenomenal corner exit.

It’s more of an advanced thing, but once you learn how to brake aggressively and trail brake into the apex, the whole corner will be much quicker and the balance be also less understeery.

You’ll also want to use all the apex and exit kerbs like you would do in Misano, especially in sectors 1 and 2 since they’re relatively flat and will give you some extra front grip too using them.
