So I guess you’ve probably been looking for the latest and best setups in ACC around Misano but struggled to find any good one?
We all know how essential having a great car setup in Assetto Corsa Competizione is, especially in such a high technical track as Misano.
This circuit will require you to be really good in terms of track usage since most of the track escape roads are just red paint concrete and not gravel or grass.
So you’ll want to be using that at your advantage, especially running over all the apex kerbs which are pretty wide and flat, making them super easy to use.
Moreover, when you use those you’ll notice that the car picks up more front drip and you’ll then be able to rotate and go earlier to full throttle.
That will obviously improve your lap times massively, this technique only can get you an easy half a second in case you weren’t doing that before.

In terms of setup you’ll want the car to be very good under braking and traction to use all the grip from the tires.
With all those braking zones around here, if your car isn’t helping you braking hard while also turning in the last phase of the braking, you will likely lose the rear end plus lots of time too.
So from that perspective, make sure the cambers and anti-roll bar from the car will at least guarantee you a great mechanical grip for the braking and exit phase, through traction.
