So I guess you’ve probably been looking for the latest and best setups in ACC around Zandvoort but struggled to find any good one?
We all know how essential having a great car setup in Assetto Corsa Competizione is, especially in such a high technical track like Zandvoort.
Driving fast around Zandvoort with a Ferrari 488 GT3
The key to being fast around here is to have lots of downforce in the car as well as good braking stability.
That’s because if you can’t really brake hard because the rear end steps out in a snap oversteer, then you’d likely end up half a second off the fastest.
At the same time if you’re quick on the straight but you don’t have enough aerodynamics efficiency to allow you to carry high speed in the fast corners, then you’re doomed to fail or even spin sometimes.
While chasing the limit you really want everything to be perfect with your car.
Everything has got to be balanced between front grip, rear grip, traction and downforce.
In this track you can even forget about top speed since you won’t need it at all.
So make sure you get yourself a professional proven car setup and start practicing on it day in day out.
In terms of driving, I’d want you to be on the limit under braking so that you can win time on entry which will add up massively throughout the lap.
