So I guess you've probably been looking for the latest and best setups in iRacing around Monza but struggled to find any good one? We all know how essential having a strong car setup in iRacing is, especially in a track such as Monza. You'll want to be really fast in terms of straight-line speed here, especially for the main straight and the one going back to Ascari. Downforce is pretty much useless, in fact, you'll want to drop the rear wing to zero and to also remove the front splitter.
Driving fast around Monza with a Mercedes GT3
In terms of driving, you'll want to be extremely efficient on the braking since that is what's going to make the difference here. Make sure you smash the left foot when approaching the braking point, and also start downshifting very early so that you can slow the car down even faster. That's the main thing you should aim for in order to slow the car down as quickly as possible. Also make sure you can use the track properly at the apexes so that you can straighten up the steering soon for getting good exits.
