Have you been looking around for the latest and best setups in Assetto Corsa Competizione but struggled to find any good one?
We all know how essential having a great car setup in ACC is, especially in such a high demanding track like Laguna Seca.
The anti-clockwise layout is definitely a big challenge for most sim racers since very few GT3 tracks are like that.

Driving fast around Laguna Seca with the Ferrari 488
The main thing you’d wanna be good in this circuit is the braking.
Yes, there are also some medium to high-speed corners which are important, but that can’t be compared to all the braking zones around the track.
Though not all braking zones are not the same since some come in uphill and some in downhill, so you’ll need to adapt a lot with this regard.
Make sure you hit the brakes as hard as possible and then push the braking point a little bit every lap until you find the limit.
Make sure you trail the brakes nicely into the apex so that you can slow the car down as quickly as possible.
You’ll then want to hit the apex kerbs properly which will make the car rotate more hence allowing you to be faster on the exit.
All these things combined can really add up.
I’m pretty sure you’ll lap time will thank you once you master the braking around this circuit.
