Forza Horizon 5: Flying Customs Treasure Hunt

The next Treasure Hunt challenge in Forza Horizon 5’s season 9 is named “Flyng Customs” and it comes with the clue: Stingrays can fly? Get your coins ready to get up high for a round complete!”

What car do I need to use for the Speed Machines treasure hunt?

To begin the Forza Horizon 5 Flying Customs treasure hunt, you must take a Chevrolet Corvette Stingray 427 into an Air-based Horizon Arcade event.

I’m afraid you may have to buy a Stingray for 150,000 credits from the in-game AutoShop if you don’t already own one.

Once you’ve got the right car for the challenge, keep working through the playlist in the game until you see an Air event in the Arcade to use it in.

What’s the requirement to unlock the tresure hunt?

Once you successfully manage to complete an Air mission in the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray 427, the Flying Customs mission will be done, allowing you to pick up your desired treasure as a reward.

After completing the Air mission in the Stingray you’ll want to look at the western side of your map.

There should be an orange circle visible in the Dunas Blancas area. Go to the orange circle and you’ll come across a tiny oasis/lake type location.

Nearby, on the large rock in the center, there will be a tresure chest that you will have to smash it open.

Some players are occasionally reporting that the chest is missing, though. If that glitch happens to you, you might need to reload your game or wait for an upcoming patch.

Conclusion

So there you have it, that’s everything you need to know about the Flying Customs treasure hunt challenge in Forza Horizon 5.

Remember to use a Chevrolet Corvette Stingray 427 to complete the Air mission in order to unlock it, and you should be able to grab your reward with no problems.
