The GT7 credits currently cost between $2.49 for 100,000 credits to $20 for 2 Million Credits.
This means that if you wanted to purchase the Ferrari FXX K’14 worth 3,600,000 credits you would need to spend almost $40.
This is quite a bit more expensive than in other games, but still not as bad as some people make it out to be.
It’s also important to remember that you can always earn credits by racing and completing challenges, so you don’t necessarily need to spend real money if you don’t want to.
