Have you been looking around for the latest and best setups in iRacing but struggled to find any good one?
We all know how essential having a great car setup in iRacing is, especially in such a high demanding track like Zandvoort.
You can work as hard as you want on your driving, but if your setup is horrible, then you’ll stand zero chance at succeeding.
You’ll need a combination of both for you to stand out and win online races.
And for Zandvoort, the car setup is even more important than other tracks due to its twisty layout.
Being fast around Zandvoort in iRacing Formula 3
For you to be quick around here you’ll need to be very strong in the middle to high-speed corners of sectors 2 and 3, which isn’t that easy.
You need to have lots of confidence as well as downforce to make the car stick on the ground and carry lots of speed.
You’ll also want to take advantage of the really banked corners in sector 3 and turn 4 where you will need to trail brake nicely while at the same time carrying in lots of speed to get good rotation.
As long as you’re then able to get good exits, being late on the brake is a prerequisite for being successful around this track.
