Have you been looking around for the latest and best setups in iRacing but struggled to find any good one?

We all know how essential having a great car setup in iRacing is, especially in such a high demanding track like Montreal.

As long as you have a great setup, you’ll be able to get the most out of your driving and surely up your game. This is not some kind of theory, this is fact.

Montreal is one of the most challenging tracks when it comes to braking and mechanical grip in the medium-speed chicanes.

So, having a great setup on this track is extremely important.

Being fast around Montreal in iRacing Formula 3

For you to be quick around here you’ll want to drop the rear wing down to nearly zero and turn up the mechanical grip for the twisty section of sectors 1 and 2.

The car needs to be good on the brakes, stable on the kerbs, reactive in the change of direction and finally good on traction to gain speed in the exits.

That also needs to add up to the straight-line speed of sector 3 where it can really make a big difference unless you have a slipstream from the car in front.

As long as you keep on working hard on improving your driving, the sky is the limit.

That’s because once you purchase a professional setup all you’ll then have to do is to focus on your driving style.

That means getting the braking points right, hitting all the apexes, and driving out of the corners smoothly.
