OFG’s latest game, Karting Superstars, marks their second venture after the success of their stylized top-down racer.
Taking inspiration from the roots of racing careers, this Vancouver-based studio has decided to embrace the Early Access release approach.
Carolina Mastretta, the Studio Lead, explains their decision, stating that they want to work closely with the community to enhance Karting Superstars and create more content, including tracks and features like Spectator Mode.
The Early Access version of the game already includes familiar tracks from Circuit Superstars, as well as new entries with multiple layouts.
As OFG continues to add more content, game modes, and functions, the Early Access version is available at a lower price compared to the eventual full version.
Moreover, the Early Access period is planned to last for three to six months.
