From December 1st to 3rd, the Gran Turismo 7 World Finals are bringing together the game’s most adept players in an epic showdown in Barcelona.

A New Chapter in a Historic Event

Breaking away from the tradition of hosting in Monaco, this year’s World Finals mark a significant milestone as the event moves to Barcelona.

This new venue serves as the climax to a season that started in August, signifying a fresh chapter in the Gran Turismo 7 series.

Viewer Rewards at Amsterdam Showdown

In an earlier Amsterdam event – the World Series Showdown – spectators had the chance to win in-game prizes by simply tuning in.

Among the rewards was a unique Toyota Ambulance Himedic, alongside witnessing Porsche and Spain’s triumph.

Engaging Fans with Predictions and Prizes

In the run-up to the World Finals, GT7’s in-game world map features an exciting “Predict The Winners” option.

This interactive element allows players to forecast the winners of each day’s events, with potential to earn up to 1,000,000 credits for each correct daily prediction.

Viewers Campaign: Winning Cars by Watching

A key feature of GT7 during this event is the Viewers Campaign.

Here, players are directed to watch the World Finals broadcasts through the game, offering rewards like the Toyota FT-1 VGT for watching the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing GT Cup Grand Final and a Mazda LM55 VGT for the Nations Cup Grand Final.

Saturday’s Manufacturers Cup Grand Final: A Highlight Event

The most anticipated part of the Finals is arguably Saturday’s Manufacturers Cup Grand Final.

In previous years, this event has been the stage for unveiling new Vision Gran Turismo cars, such as last year’s Ferrari VGT. This sets expectations high for this year’s broadcast.

Through the ‘Predict The Winners’ feature, players have the chance to amass up to 3,000,000 credits, depending on their prediction accuracy.

The strategy involves waiting until the final race lineup is confirmed, as entries close with the race’s start.

Incorporating Showdown Results and In-Game Challenges

The outcomes of the Showdown play a pivotal role in determining the final standings of both the Manufacturers and Nations Cup.

Alongside this, the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing GT Cup stands as a distinct event. In-game, players can engage in limited-time races that reflect these real-world competitions, enhancing their overall gaming experience.

GT7: Hosting a Diverse Range of Events

To add more excitement, GT7 introduces a variety of limited-time races. These races are designed to emulate the real-life finals, featuring different vehicle classes and iconic circuits, thereby keeping the players continuously engaged and entertained.

These multifaceted features and activities are all part of the current Gran Turismo 7 gameplay experience.

The GTWS World Finals, taking place from December 1st to 3rd, promise to deliver a blend of high-octane racing and interactive spectator experiences.

A New Era for Gran Turismo 7

The relocation of the World Finals to Barcelona signifies a new era for Gran Turismo 7, blending traditional motorsport excitement with modern gaming interactivity.

As players around the world tune in to the broadcasts and engage in in-game events, they become a part of a global community celebrating speed, skill, and the spirit of competitive gaming.

The GT7 World Finals are not just a test of driving prowess but a festival of virtual motorsport, where every player, whether on the track or behind the screen, gets a chance to be a part of the action.

With its innovative approach to engaging fans and players alike, Gran Turismo 7 continues to redefine what it means to be a part of the virtual racing world.
