The best F1 25 Australia setup runs wings at 23 and 17, the differential at 90% on throttle and 35% off, suspension at 41 and 3.5, ride height at 21 and 47.5 and front brake bias at 54%. It sits on the low side of medium downforce, with a very soft rear to ride the kerbs at Albert Park.
The numbers come from F1Laps, which reports what the 100 fastest setups at this track have in common. I read them on 4 October 2026. I have not tested this exact setup in the game, so take it as community data. The reading of it is mine.

Why this setup works at Albert Park
Albert Park is a park road circuit around a lake in Melbourne. It is 5.278 km with 14 corners. Since the 2021 rebuild it is much faster than it used to be: the old chicane on the back section is gone, and the car now runs flat out along the lake into the fast left and right at turns 9 and 10. The slow parts are the braking zones at turns 1, 3, 11 and 13.

Wings at 23 and 17. Only eight of the 24 tracks run less front wing. The long flat out section along the lake punishes drag, so the rear wing comes down six clicks below the front. The front stays up to keep the nose sharp through turns 9 and 10. You can compare it with every other track in my F1 25 setups for every track.
Differential at 90% and 35%. This is the odd one. At 19 of the 24 tracks the fast setups lock the differential at 100% on throttle. Australia is one of five that do not. A slightly more open differential makes the rear calmer when you pick up the throttle with steering lock still on, and here you do that a lot. The off throttle value of 35% is also on the high side: only Imola runs more. It keeps the rear stable when you lift into a fast corner.
Suspension at 41 and 3.5. The front is at 41, like at 14 of the 24 tracks. The rear is almost as soft as it goes. You have to use the kerbs at turns 1 and 2 and through the chicanes, and a soft rear lets the car ride them without snapping.
Anti-roll bars at 12 and 11. The front bar is stiff for this game. Only Singapore and Jeddah run a stiffer one. It gives the car a quick change of direction, which is what the fast left and right sequences ask for.
Ride height at 21 and 47.5. A high rear for the kerbs and the bumps of a road circuit.
Brake bias at 54%. The same as at 17 of the 24 tracks. Nothing special is needed here.
Tyres at 29.5 and 21.3 psi. Front pressures are high, as at 11 of the 24 tracks.
How to drive it
Use the kerbs, but only the flat ones. The setup is built to ride them. Take the inside kerbs at turns 1 and 2 and you gain time for free. Stay off anything tall on the exit of a fast corner.
Commit to turns 9 and 10. This is the fastest change of direction on the lap and where the front wing earns its place. Lift early and small, not late and big. A late lift with the car loaded is how you lose the rear.
Brake straight for turns 3, 11 and 13. These are the big braking zones and the places where you lock a wheel. With 100% brake pressure, do your braking before you turn in.
Mind the walls. It is a park circuit and the run off is short. A setup with this little rear wing will not save a slide at the exit of turn 6 or turn 10.

How to adjust it to your driving
Change one thing at a time and drive three clean laps before you judge it.
- The rear is loose through turns 9 and 10. Add two clicks of rear wing, from 17 to 19. That is also what the wet set runs.
- The rear snaps when you get on the power. Lower the on throttle differential from 90% to 80%.
- The car pushes wide in turns 3 and 13. Lower the off throttle differential from 35% to 30%, or soften the front anti-roll bar from 12 to 10.
- The car bounces off the kerbs. Raise the rear ride height one click and soften the front suspension by two or three clicks.
- The front locks into turn 3. Move brake bias back from 54% to 53%. If it still locks, take brake pressure down to 95%.
- You are on a controller. Start from the same numbers and lower the on throttle differential to 75 or 80%. A trigger gives you less control of the throttle than a pedal.
Wet setup for Australia
The wet set is close to the dry one. Compared with the dry setup:
- Rear wing goes from 17 to 19. The front stays at 23.
- The differential goes to 70% and 45%. More open on throttle so the rear does not snap, more locked off throttle so it stays stable when you lift.
- The suspension softens at the front and firms up at the rear, from 41 and 3.5 to 39.5 and 5.
- The rear anti-roll bar softens from 11 to 9. The front stays at 12.
- Rear ride height goes up from 47.5 to 49.
- Brake bias goes forward one point to 55%.
- Front tyre pressures drop from 29.5 to 29 psi. The rears stay at 21.3 psi.
Camber and toe do not change.

Australia setup for the 2026 Season Pack car
The 2026 cars arrived in F1 25 with the 2026 Season Pack. They have their own setups, and a 2025 setup does not carry over. F1Laps files these cars under F1 26. This is the dry set for Australia, next to the 2025 car for comparison.
| Setting | 2026 car | 2025 car |
|---|---|---|
| Front wing | 25 | 23 |
| Rear wing | 25 | 17 |
| Differential on throttle | 70% | 90% |
| Differential off throttle | 42.5% | 35% |
| Engine braking | 50% | not listed |
| Front camber | -3.50 | -3.50 |
| Rear camber | -2.00 | -2.00 |
| Front toe | 0.00 | 0.00 |
| Rear toe | 0.10 | 0.10 |
| Front suspension | 37 | 41 |
| Rear suspension | 16 | 3.5 |
| Front anti-roll bar | 12 | 12 |
| Rear anti-roll bar | 9 | 11 |
| Front ride height | 22 | 21 |
| Rear ride height | 48 | 47.5 |
| Brake pressure | 100% | 100% |
| Front brake bias | 56% | 54% |
| Front tyre pressures | 26.75 psi | 29.5 psi |
| Rear tyre pressures | 21.3 psi | 21.3 psi |
The big differences: equal wings at 25 and 25, a much more open on throttle differential (70% against 90%), a far stiffer rear (16 against 3.5), lower front tyre pressures and brake bias two points further forward. There is no wet set for the 2026 car at Australia yet.

FAQ
What is the best setup for Australia in F1 25?
Wings 23 and 17, differential 90% on throttle and 35% off, camber -3.50 and -2.00, toe 0.00 and 0.10, suspension 41 and 3.5, anti-roll bars 12 and 11, ride height 21 and 47.5, brake pressure 100%, front brake bias 54%, front tyres 29.5 psi and rear tyres 21.3 psi.
What wing level should I run at Australia in F1 25?
23 at the front and 17 at the rear in the dry. In the wet the fast setups keep the front at 23 and raise the rear to 19.
Why is the differential not at 100% in Australia?
Because you pick up the throttle with steering lock on in a lot of corners here. At 90% the rear is calmer on exit. Australia is one of five tracks where the fast setups run below 100%.
Does the F1 25 Australia setup work on the 2026 cars?
No. The 2026 Season Pack car runs wings at 25 and 25, the differential at 70% and 42.5%, suspension at 37 and 16 and brake bias at 56%. Use the 2026 table on this page.
Is this setup good for a race or only for time trial?
It is built from the fastest laps, so it leans toward one lap pace. For a race, add one or two clicks of rear wing and lower the on throttle differential to 80% to look after the rear tyres.
Where does this setup come from?
From F1Laps, which analyses the 100 fastest setups its users have driven at Australia. I read the numbers on 4 October 2026. They can move when the game is patched.
