The best F1 25 Azerbaijan setup for Baku runs wings at 10 and 7, the differential at 100% on throttle and 30% off, suspension at 41 and 5, anti-roll bars at 10 and 14, ride height at 21 and 45 and front brake bias at 54%. It is a low downforce setup for the longest flat out run on the calendar, with a stiff front end to get the car through the slow corners.

The numbers come from F1Laps, which reports what the 100 fastest setups at this track have in common. I read them on 5 October 2026. I have not tested this exact setup in the game, so take it as community data. The reading of it is mine.

F1 25 Azerbaijan setup sheet for Baku with aero, differential, geometry, suspension, brake and tyre values

Why this setup works at Baku

The Baku City Circuit is 6.003 km long and has 20 corners. It is a street track and it runs anticlockwise. The lap has two very different parts. One is a set of slow 90 degree corners and a narrow, twisty climb around the old city walls. The other is a flat out run of more than two kilometres from the last real corner to Turn 1.

You cannot have a car that is good at both. The fast setups choose the straight.

Wings at 10 and 7. Only Monza, Spa and Las Vegas run less front wing, and twenty tracks run more. At the rear, Jeddah joins those three below Baku. You give up grip in the old city to gain it back on the straight, where the lap time and the overtakes are. You can compare it with every other track in my F1 25 setups for every track.

Differential at 100% and 30%. Fully locked on throttle, like 19 of the 24 tracks, for traction out of the slow corners. Off throttle, 30% is on the high side. Eleven tracks run less, nine run the same and only Melbourne, Montreal, Imola and Miami run more. With this little wing the rear is nervous under braking, and a more locked differential calms it down.

Camber and toe. Camber is -3.50 and -2.00 and toe is 0.00 and 0.10, the values almost every track uses.

Suspension at 41 and 5. The front is the stiffest value any track runs, shared by fourteen of them. The rear at 5 matches Miami. Seventeen tracks run a softer rear, and only Bahrain, Montreal, Las Vegas, Monaco and Jeddah go stiffer.

Anti-roll bars at 10 and 14. The front bar at 10 is stiff. It matches Silverstone, eighteen tracks run less and only Melbourne, Imola, Jeddah and Singapore run more. A stiff front bar makes the car respond quickly when you turn in, which is what you want in a 90 degree corner. The rear at 14 is in the middle: eight tracks run less and fifteen run more.

Ride height at 21 and 45. The front is one click above the lowest value in the game. The rear at 45 matches Shanghai and Lusail. A low car is a fast car on a long straight.

Brake bias at 54%. The standard value, used at 17 of the 24 tracks. Brake pressure is 100%.

Tyres at 28.5 psi front and 21.5 psi rear. The fronts are in the lower half: nine tracks run less and fourteen run more. The rears match Montreal, with twelve tracks lower and ten higher.

How to drive it

Brake early for Turn 1. You arrive at top speed with very little wing. The car takes longer to stop than you expect, and the fronts lock easily. Brake in a straight line and be patient.

Square off the 90 degree corners. Turns 1 to 4 are all slow and all followed by a straight. Brake, turn late, get the car straight and go to full throttle. Exit speed matters more than entry speed in every one of them.

Respect the castle section. Turn 8 is the narrowest point of the lap, with a wall on both sides. With this setup the car has little grip there. Go in slower than you think you need to. A tenth lost here is cheap. A front wing is not.

Be careful at Turn 15. It is a downhill left with the braking zone on a slope, and it is the easiest place on the lap to lock a front tyre and go straight on. Brake a little earlier and let the car roll in.

Turn 16 is the most important corner. It is the last real corner before the flat out run to the line. A clean exit is worth more than anything else you do on the lap, because you carry that speed for more than two kilometres.

Use the slipstream. In a race, stay close through the last corners and pass on the main straight into Turn 1. It is the simplest overtake in the game.

How to adjust it to your driving

Change one thing at a time and drive three clean laps before you judge it.

  • The car has no grip in the old city. Add two clicks to both wings, to 12 and 9. You lose a little on the straight and gain confidence everywhere else.
  • The rear steps out on the brakes. Raise the off throttle differential from 30% to 35%, or move the brake bias forward to 55%.
  • The fronts lock into Turn 1. Lower the brake pressure from 100% to 97%.
  • The rear slides on corner exit. Lower the on throttle differential from 100% to 90%.
  • The car is too sharp on turn in. Soften the front anti-roll bar from 10 to 7.
  • The car bounces off the kerbs. Raise the ride height one click at each end, to 22 and 46.
  • You are on a controller. Start with wings at 12 and 9, the on throttle differential at 85% and the front anti-roll bar at 7. My F1 25 controller settings cover the calibration side.

Wet setup for Baku

A wet street track with walls is as hard as this game gets. The wet setup changes almost everything except the front wing:

  • The rear wing goes up from 7 to 10.5. The front stays at 10.
  • The on throttle differential drops from 100% to 65%, the most open value on this page by a long way. The off throttle value rises from 30% to 35%.
  • Camber and toe change slightly, to -3.40 and -1.90 and to 0.02 and 0.12.
  • The front suspension softens from 41 to 39 and the rear stiffens from 5 to 9.
  • The front anti-roll bar goes up from 10 to 12 and the rear comes down from 14 to 8.
  • Ride height goes up from 21 and 45 to 22.5 and 48.
  • Brake pressure drops from 100% to 98% and brake bias moves forward from 54% to 55%.
  • The front tyres drop from 28.5 psi to 24.3. The rears stay at 21.5.

The whole thing is about the rear. More rear wing, a softer rear bar and a very open differential all make the rear tyres easier to live with when you go back to the throttle next to a wall.

The 2026 car runs twice the front wing, 20, with the same 7 at the rear. The differential is 90% on throttle and 35% off, with engine braking at 50%. The rear suspension is much stiffer at 16, and both anti-roll bars are soft, 5 and 4. Brake bias is 57%. In the wet, both wings go up by three clicks, the rear bar goes from 4 to 7, the bias comes back to 56% and the front tyres go up to 25.6 psi.

The 2026 data on F1Laps still moves from one day to the next. Treat it as a starting point and check the source before a league race.
