The best F1 25 Qatar setup for Lusail runs wings at 38 and 35, the differential at 100% on throttle and 25% off, suspension at 41 and 4, anti-roll bars at 4 and 19, ride height at 21 and 45 and front brake bias at 53%. It is a high downforce setup with a soft front bar and a stiff rear bar, made for long, fast corners.

The numbers come from F1Laps, which reports what the 100 fastest setups at this track have in common. I read them on 5 October 2026. I have not tested this exact setup in the game, so take it as community data. The reading of it is mine.

Why this setup works at Lusail

The Lusail International Circuit is 5.419 km long and has 16 corners. It runs clockwise and the race is held at night under floodlights. The track was built for motorbikes, and you feel it in the car: there is one main straight of just over a kilometre, and almost everything else is a medium or high speed corner that flows into the next one. There is only one really slow corner on the lap.

So the lap time is in the corners, and the corners are fast. That is a job for wing.

Wings at 38 and 35. Eighteen tracks run less wing than this and only five run more: Hungary, Monaco, Zandvoort, Singapore and Austin. Lusail has a long straight, so it stops short of the maximum, but not by much. You can compare it with every other track in my F1 25 setups for every track.

Differential at 100% and 25%. Fully locked on throttle, like 19 of the 24 tracks. Off throttle, 25% is on the open side. Only Suzuka, Zandvoort and Jeddah run less, seven tracks run the same and fourteen run more. An open differential off throttle lets the car rotate when you lift on the way into a fast corner.

Camber and toe. Camber is -3.50 and -2.00 and toe is 0.00 and 0.10, the values almost every track uses.

Suspension at 41 and 4. The front is the stiffest value any track runs, shared by fourteen of them. The rear at 4 matches Monza and Abu Dhabi, with fourteen tracks softer and seven stiffer.

Anti-roll bars at 4 and 19. This is the heart of the setup. The front bar at 4 is very soft. It matches Mexico City, only Shanghai, Suzuka and Interlagos run less and nineteen tracks run more. The rear at 19 is very stiff. It matches Imola and Singapore, eighteen tracks run less and only Mexico City, Zandvoort and Spa run more. A soft front with a stiff rear gives the front tyres grip in long corners and keeps the car turning.

Ride height at 21 and 45. The front is one click above the lowest value in the game. The rear at 45 matches Baku and Shanghai, with eight tracks lower and thirteen higher. The surface is smooth and the kerbs are flat, so there is no reason to go higher.

Brake bias at 53%. Rearward. It matches Mexico City, only Interlagos and Zandvoort run less and twenty tracks run more. There is very little heavy braking here, and a rearward bias helps the car turn on the brakes. Brake pressure is 100%.

Tyres at 29.5 psi front, 22.85 and 22.6 psi rear. The fronts are at the highest pressure any track uses. The rears are close to the top as well: only Hungary and Spa run more. The rear left runs slightly higher than the rear right. The lap is clockwise and most of the fast corners are rights, so the left tyres carry the load.

How to drive it

Turn 1 is the only real overtaking spot. It comes at the end of the main straight and it is a medium speed right. With 53% brake bias the rear is light on the brakes, so brake in a straight line and let the pedal go gently as you turn.

Carry speed, do not attack. Most corners here are taken with a lift or a short brake. The fast way is to turn in once, hold a steady steering angle and let the wing work. If you saw at the wheel you scrub speed and heat the front left.

Turn 6 is the slow one. It is a left hand hairpin and the only corner where traction matters much. Be patient on the throttle, because the stiff rear bar does not forgive wheelspin.

Treat Turns 12, 13 and 14 as one corner. They are three fast rights in a row. Pick one line through all three, lift once on the way in and go back to full throttle as early as you can. This is where a good lap is made.

The last corner decides the straight. Turn 16 is a fast right onto the main straight. Use all the track on the exit, but keep the car inside the white line. Track limits at Lusail are strict and the game deletes laps quickly.

Look after the front left. The long rights load it for the whole lap. In a race, a smoother first stint is worth more than one fast lap.

How to adjust it to your driving

Change one thing at a time and drive three clean laps before you judge it.

  • The rear steps out in the fast corners. Soften the rear anti-roll bar from 19 to 15.
  • The rear steps out on the brakes. Move the brake bias forward from 53% to 54%, the value most tracks use.
  • The rear slides on corner exit. Lower the on throttle differential from 100% to 90%.
  • The car still understeers in the long rights. Add one or two clicks of front wing, to 39 or 40.
  • The front left overheats in a race. Stiffen the front anti-roll bar from 4 to 6 and lower the front tyre pressures by half a psi.
  • You get passed on the main straight. Take two clicks off both wings, to 36 and 33.
  • You are on a controller. Start with the rear anti-roll bar at 14, the on throttle differential at 85% and the brake bias at 54%. My F1 25 controller settings cover the calibration side.

Wet setup for Lusail

Rain in the desert is rare, but the game can give it to you. Compared with the dry setup:

  • The front wing drops from 38 to 35 and the rear wing goes up from 35 to 36.
  • The on throttle differential drops from 100% to 90% and the off throttle value rises from 25% to 42.5%.
  • The front suspension softens from 41 to 39 and the rear goes from 4 to 4.5.
  • The front anti-roll bar goes up from 4 to 15 and the rear comes down from 19 to 12.
  • Ride height goes up from 21 and 45 to 21.5 and 47.
  • Brake bias moves forward from 53% to 54.5%.
  • The front tyres drop from 29.5 psi to 27 on the left and 25.85 on the right. The rears drop to 22.2 on the left and 21.2 on the right.

Camber, toe and brake pressure stay the same.

Everything that made the dry car turn is reversed. The bars swap character, with the front now stiffer than the rear, the wing balance moves to the back and the differential locks more off throttle. The wet car is set up to understeer, because in fast corners on a wet track that is the safe way to be slow.

Lusail setup for the 2026 Season Pack car

The 2026 cars arrived in F1 25 with the 2026 Season Pack. They have their own setups, and a 2025 setup does not carry over. F1Laps files these cars under F1 26. This is the dry set for Lusail as I read it on 5 October 2026. F1Laps had no wet consensus for the 2026 car at this track on that day, so there is no wet column.

The 2026 car runs more front wing and less rear, 45 and 32. The differential is 100% on throttle and 40% off, with engine braking at 50%. Suspension is 39 and 12, the anti-roll bars are 8 and 10, ride height is 22 and 47 and brake bias is 56%. The left tyres run higher pressures than the right ones at both ends.

The 2026 data on F1Laps still moves from one day to the next. Treat it as a starting point and check the source before a league race.

Other tracks and older games

For the track with the same front anti-roll bar and brake bias, see my F1 25 Mexico setup. For a track with the same rear anti-roll bar and even more wing, see my F1 25 Singapore setup. For another fast, flowing lap, see my F1 25 Japan setup. For the season finale, see my F1 25 Abu Dhabi setup. If you are on an older game, I have a Qatar setup for F1 24 and a Qatar setup for F1 23.
