Does the ClubSport F1 come with a wheel base?
Actually the wheel base isn’t included in the base model, you’ll in fact need to purchase the ClubSport wheel abse separately.
I know that might sucks for some of you but actually it’s better like this for those of you who already own a Clubsport wheel base
Though I can say that the precision and in build quality of it is just insane.
Combined with the proper deadzone removal it can provide a nice and smooth FFB driving feeling.
Is it good for beginners?
It surely is! The Clubsport F1 is good for beginners as well as pro sim racers.
Actually, it was designed with both type of drivers in mind.
The Clubsport F1 comes with a lot of adjustability, so you can really adjust it to your preference and driving style in terms of steering input, strength settings, rotation angle, vibrations etc…

What’s included in the box?
The Fanatec clubsport F1 comes with the steering wheel itself and a set of integrated paddle shifters to emulate the proper F1 driving experience.
In the package, you’ll also find a USB cable, a instruction manual as well as an optional power plug for those of you who don’t have an existing FAnatec wheel.
Unfortunately the FFB and the pedals are not included and so you will have to purchase them separately in case you don’t own them already.
Can I use it on PS4 and PS5?
Yes you can and having it compatible with Playstation 5 is really quite amazing!
Most of you might not have Playstation 5 yet, but if you do then this racing wheel is a must buy!
It also is compatible with Xbox one in case you were an Xbox user 🙂
Does it work on PC and Laptop?
Yes it is compatible both on PC and Laptop, though we’d recommend you not running it on laptop since the graphics card and CPU migh not well support the power required for this racing wheel.
Chances are that it might get a bit laggy or you won’t be getting the full racing performance out of it.
Will it make me faster?
The Fanatec Clubsport F1 is not 100% guaranteed to make you faster, but it will certainly help you improve your driving skills.
The feedback you will get from using this steering wheel is so so similar to what you will get driving a real Gt3 or F1 car.
How much does it cost and where can I get it?
The steering wheel is currently being sold at $399 and you can purchase it from the Fanatec’s official website.

So, is the Fanatec Clubsport F1 worth the money?
Well, as always the answer is that it depends based on what you’re looking for.
If you’re looking to improve the feeling of realism while driving in order to set personal bests and win online races on ACC then this steering will surely help you.
It’s unbeliivably precise and the FFB from Fanatec is just incredible when it’s set up properly.
