SimRacing Expo 2026 is on Friday 16 to Sunday 18 October 2026 at Messe Frankfurt, in Hall 12. It is open from 10:00 to 18:00 on all three days. An adult day ticket costs 29.50 euros in the official shop and a weekend ticket costs 70 euros, both with local public transport included.

If you are searching for the ADAC SimRacing Expo 2026, this is it. The organiser now calls it the SimRacing Expo and says on its own site that it was "formerly known as ADAC SimRacing Expo". ADAC SimRacing is still there, as an exhibitor.

Checked on 15 October 2026, the day before the doors open, against simracingexpo.de (home, visitor and exhibitor pages, brand pages, the hall plan dated 15 October), the official ticket shop at ticket.simracingexpo.de and Messe Frankfurt's arrival information. Anything that comes from the press and not from the organiser or the brand is labelled as such. I will update this page with what actually gets shown once the show is on.

Dates, venue and opening hours

This is the 12th edition. The European show was in Dortmund up to 2025 (my 2024 page is from that era). For 2026 it moved to Frankfurt.

OrganiserSouth West Vision GmbH

One small thing: the exhibitor page on the same site says 16,000 square metres, while the visitor page and the ticket shop say 14,000. I am going with 14,000 because it appears twice.

For scale, the organiser says 2025 had 24,371 visitors, 74 exhibitors and more than 30 hardware and software premieres. 2024 had 13,600 visitors.

Tickets and prices

You buy tickets at ticket.simracingexpo.de, the official shop, or at the box office for 3 euros more. These are the prices listed in the shop for each day of 2026:

TicketPriceWho it is for
Adult day ticket29.50 eurosAnyone
Reduced day ticket22.50 eurosUp to 14 years old, or with a school or student card
Pensioner day ticket12 eurosWith a valid pension card, can be checked at the door
Family day ticket64 eurosTwo adults and two reduced
Severely disabled or wheelchair user10 eurosDay ticket
Companion22.50 eurosDay ticket
Weekend ticket70 eurosAdult, all three days
Children under 6Free

Every ticket in the shop is sold "inkl. ÖPNV", which means it also works as your ticket on local public transport in the RMV network to the show and back. The shop links to the RMV page that explains the combined ticket. Check the conditions on your ticket before you rely on it.

Is the weekend ticket worth it? Two day tickets cost 59 euros, three cost 88.50. So 70 euros only makes sense if you are coming all three days. If you want the reveals, Friday is the day. If you want the racing, Sunday.

Exhibitors: who is there

The organiser says around 70 exhibitors and six shops where you can buy hardware on the spot. The exhibitor overview on the visitor page had 78 entries when I checked, but that list also includes partners like a car museum and a charity, so the 70 figure is the one to use.

Hardware brands in the official overview:

TypeExhibitors listed
Wheel bases, wheels, pedalsFanatec, MOZA Racing, Simagic, Simucube, Asetek Racing, Heusinkveld, Cube Controls, Ascher Racing, CONSPIT, PXN, BDH Sim Race Hardware, Gomez Sim Industries
Rigs, seats and motionTrak Racer, Sim-Lab, GT Omega, D-BOX, DOF Reality, ImSim, Sim Motion, RECARO, Sabelt, Gameseat
PC, VR and otherCorsair, Thermaltake, Pimax, Nitro Concepts
Games and platformsKUNOS (Assetto Corsa EVO), RaceRoom, Rennsport

There are also shops and sim builders like SimUltimate, Sim Department, SimXPro, P1 SIM, Purple Race Labs and VPG Sim, plus series and organisations like ADAC SimRacing, the NASCAR Euro Series, Nürburgring Esports and Manthey Racing.

Not in the official overview on 15 October: Thrustmaster and Logitech. That does not mean nobody will have their wheels on a rig somewhere in the hall. It means neither brand is listed as an exhibitor.

The hall plan on simracingexpo.de was updated on 15 October. Use it to find stands, it changes late.

Product reveals and launches

Friday is "Premiere Friday". The ticket shop text promises 12 world premieres on the main stage that day. The organiser does not say which products they are. So here is what is confirmed, split by source.

From the organiser and the brand pages on simracingexpo.de:

  • Assetto Corsa EVO Free Roam is playable in public for the first time, before release. KUNOS co-founder Marco Massarutto presents it on the main stage on Friday at 16:00. I have the details on my Assetto Corsa EVO Free Roam page.
  • Fanatec puts the ClubSport Formula V3 under "Das Neue" on its expo page: a 290 mm Formula wheel with QR2 quick release and a 2.7 inch OLED display.
  • SimUltimate says it will show the premiere of a new product of its own. It does not say what.
  • Heusinkveld says it wants to present new products. Again, no names.
  • RaceRoom has a "Content Reveal" on Saturday at 11:30.

From the press (Traxion.gg, 13 and 14 October 2026), based on what the brands told them:

  • Simucube ActivePedal Sport. A cheaper active pedal, with its public debut at the show. Simucube's numbers: 100 kg max force and 60 mm travel. Price 901 euros excluding VAT, sales from early 2027. Simucube also has an ActivePedal keynote on Friday at 14:00.
  • Simagic P-ACTIVE. Simagic's first active pedal, 999 US dollars, release expected in November according to the report. Simagic is also bringing its KTM X-Bow GT2 wheel to the show for its public debut.
  • MOZA. Traxion reports a MotoGP handlebar controller and PS5 wheel base bundles, with prices and dates to be given on the Friday broadcast. MOZA's stage slot is Friday at 17:30, stand EF22 in Hall 12.0. If you are new to MOZA, my MOZA wheel guide explains the range.

Asetek is on stage Friday at 14:30 and has a stand. Nothing specific is announced for the show yet.

That is the honest state of it the night before. Two cheaper active pedals announced in the same week is the bit I would watch. The brake pedal is where your lap time lives, so a pedal that can give you lock-up and ABS through your foot is worth a proper try on the stand.

Stage programme and esports

The main stage runs all three days and is livestreamed, according to the official programme. Each day has a theme.

Sunday 18RacingRennsport R1 Final Races 12:30, eNASCAR Euro Show Race 15:30

Sim-Lab show races run on Friday and Sunday as well.

For esports fans, Sunday is the day: the Rennsport R1 finals and the eNASCAR Euro show race are both on stage. On Saturday, the FIA Esports Global Rally Tour has its Europe shootout. Those are the competitive events the organiser lists. I have not seen any other championship finals announced for the show.

How to get there

Take the train. Your ticket covers it, and parking at big shows is slow.

  • S-Bahn: S3, S4, S5 or S6 to the Frankfurt (Main) Messe station, then the Torhaus entrance. From Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof it is the second stop.
  • U-Bahn and tram: U4 or trams 16 and 17 to Festhalle/Messe, the City entrance.
  • On foot from the Hauptbahnhof: around 10 minutes, according to Messe Frankfurt.
  • Car: Messe Frankfurt's main visitor car park is Rebstock, with a shuttle to the grounds. It only opens for large events, so check before you drive.

Hall 12 is on the west side of the grounds and is linked to the other halls by the Via Mobile moving walkways, the organiser says. The site plan on simracingexpo.de shows where it sits.

What I would do with one day

Go Friday if you care about hardware. That is the premieres day, so you hear it from the brands on stage and then walk to the stand and try it.

Book online. You save 3 euros and you do not depend on the box office at 09:45.

Bring your own questions, and try to get them to the engineers as well as the sales staff. Ask about the force curve on the active pedals, ask about PS5 compatibility on the MOZA bases, ask when the thing actually ships. A stand demo with a perfectly tuned rig tells you much less than one straight answer on delivery dates.
