1. Find the right driving difficulty

F1 22 gives you the option of setting your own difficulty, which makes the game appealing.

When starting out as a beginner, turn off assists as it will be set to a lower setting.

Because of the Raineys, my life has been a roller coaster.

Reassure yourselves that changing the driving difficulty while playing the F1 22 game is possible. It can be done by heading over into setting tab of the game so that you can enjoy the experience offered by the game.

2. Don’t be afraid to use assists

If you have just recently played the game and are looking for ways to get the best lap timings, turns out a lot of players turn on the assists. If this is how F1 gaming works, so be it. and guess what? Even pro players do this.

F1 22 game allows various arcade options that make it easier to play.

Some basic example of these assists are traction control, automatic clutch and ABS to make spinouts under hard brakes easier to handle.

Lastly, don’t forget that you have the option to switch the assists off at a later time once you are confident you can start beating greater levels.

3. Give Formula 2 a try

First time driving F1 22? If the answer is yes then practicing with less powerful cars is key suggests F1 experts. One of the best options to practice would be driving a Formula 2 car.

Although these F1’s junior counterparts are not as fast, But they would definitely provide you with a useful insight into how the game feels. All in all, try out Formula 2 cars if possible.

Also, it’s an excellent opportunity to pump up your confidence before diving deeper into the F1 series that has more tougher challenges.

4. Hit every single apex

For a racing special player, it becomes even more crucial if he is striving to get the best out of every lap he drives during a qualifying event as well as the race itself.

Hitting an apex means hitting the point of the corner where one is expected to have the least amount of speed on throttle before exiting the corner.

F1 22 onboard - hit the apex

If you separate them even more and gain additional speed heading into the straight, you will be able to maintain greater throttle through the corner.

5. Practice a lot in time trials

trials Time trials are definitely another great way to improve your lap times and learn new circuits.
This is a good idea if you’d like to focus on your improvement in certain areas of the track more precisely during a race weekend.

Alternatively, time trials might be a good opportunity to test different car configurations. In this way, you will be able to see what is best for you without the hassle of being in an online race.

6. Borrow proven setup from pro drivers

One of the easiest ways to become faster on the track is to adopt setups that have proven successful for professional drivers.

These setups can be obtained from several websites and forums, including Solox. Once you have identified one that you like, you can unpackage it onto your vehicle and test it out to see whether it works.

Make sure to always have some best practices in place and new configurations to try to find the best combination that works for you and your driving preferences.

7. Learn how to manage ERS

ERS is short for Energy Recovery System. This is a system that helps you accumulate energy which can later be used to give you a temporary speed increase effect.

Understanding how to strategically utilize this feature can give you a competitive edge.

There are so many videos and manuals on the net that can help you understand how to properly use ERS to your advantage, so don’t skip them.

8. Understand the tyre compounds and grip levels

In the game F1 22, there are different classes of tyres that can be used and they possess their own advantages and disadvantages.

Knowing about the very distinct types of tyres and what set of conditions they can be used is equally important.

The softer types of tyres are said to be quicker but tend to have a higher rate of abrasion.

Whereas the harder types of tyres have a slow rate of abrasion but on the other hand tend to be slow.

While competing against less skillful drivers, knowing when to apply each tyre type could help tip the scales in your favor.

9. Take advantage of flashbacks

You might be shocked, but if you made an error during a race, you could go back in time, and redo that sequence and do it right this time around, using flashbacks.

This is useful especially when you end up making a massive mistake and you crash into the wall.

Even so, they should not be used repeatedly as oftentimes, the races will become too disjointed, and the realism of the racing will be lost in F1.

It is okay to use them a few times, but if you are using them all the time, maybe reduce the difficulty so that there is less of a reliance on them than you have now.

10. Master your starts

Sve vremenske prognoze, vrijeme trkačkih mehaničkih komponenti i čini me haotičnim.

Ovo je već više od jedne informationation, ovde je mnogo podataka i čini me umornim.

11. Never ever coast

There is this misconception that only the amateurs use and it is that pro drivers brake at a certain point too early and uselessly target a throttle at an early apex, this is not true to a reasonable degree.

Amateur drivers tend to coast the throttle after a brake but that seems to be incorrect. At some point you must haul it around the apex and punch the throttle hard.

If you are aiming to be the fastest person, many pro racers will always recommend a late brake-target approach.

12. Downshift aggressively under braking

That skill too is learnt, just like learning to crash out on the first lap.

Most of the learning process revolves around the top-performing cars in the competition. Once they see a chance on the falling vehicle, they will pounce on it, using up all the speed and power they can muster.

At that point, you will combine aggressive downshifting with an engine return to the gear, allowing you to put the brakes on earlier.

13. Follow the ideal racing line

but it is by far the fastest. There are many different lines that you can take around a corner but the racing line is by far the fastest.
In my opinion, the most essential and simplest method to get the age old “racing line” correct is to watch the pro racing drivers hand their craft over twitch or Youtube videos, and then try to redo what you saw them do on track.

Other than that, you could always turno the driving line assist feature on and try your best to follow it.

14. Use all the track and kerbs available

One of the next valuable advice that I can advise you is that while taking the turn always make sure to use all the track that is free, which would help you gain and maintain more speed.

This applies at the entry of the corner where the track is free all the way until the exit of the corner where the track is free and this completes a revolution of a corner.

It also implies taking all the entry-mid-exit kerbs regardless of the position that they are located on the track.

Further, sim drivers do stick their left foot in as the understeer kicks in and cut in but we all know that to help turn the car in there is that one trick to do, step on the inner corner’s foot.

And to maintain speed down the straight, it is perfectly suitable to step on the outer kerb as well during the last phase when the steering wheel is leveled out.

15. Never give up

During a race, no matter the number of laps left or your position on the board and how far you are behind your rivals, the same conclusion can be drawn; don’t lose hope and fight your corner.

To put it simply, anything is possible in sports, so if you don’t relent and keep fighting your corner, there is a likelihood of you coming out on top.

Besides, just in case you lose, getting second place or being a runner-up is commendable as well.

Conclusion

So there you have it, 10 tips to help you improve your racing skills in F1 22.

If you want to be the best on track, you need to keep working at it and practicing all the time, even when the going gets tough.
