The best F1 25 Silverstone setup runs wings at 20 and 17, the differential at 100% on throttle and 25% off, suspension at 41 and 3, anti-roll bars at 10 and 17.5, ride height at 21 and 44 and front brake bias at 54%. Silverstone is one of the fastest laps in the game, and the fastest setups take wing off and let a stiff, low car do the work in the quick corners.
The numbers come from F1Laps, which reports what the 100 fastest setups at this track have in common. I read them on 5 October 2026. I have not tested this exact setup in the game, so take it as community data. The reading of it is mine.

Why this setup works at Silverstone
Silverstone is 5.891 km long, has 18 corners and runs clockwise. It is built on an old airfield, so it is flat and wide. The lap opens with the fast right of Abbey, drops into the slow Village and Loop section, then runs down the Wellington Straight to Brooklands and Luffield. After that it is all speed: Copse, the Maggotts and Becketts sweeps, the Hangar Straight, Stowe and the Vale chicane before Club.

Wings at 20 and 17. Lower than you would expect for a track known for fast corners. Only the six low downforce tracks, Baku, Las Vegas, Miami, Monza, Jeddah and Spa, run less front wing, and no other track uses 20. At the rear, eight tracks run less than 17 and 14 run more. Melbourne is on the same 17. The reason is simple. In F1 25, Copse, Maggotts and Stowe are flat or close to flat even with this wing, so more of it only costs you on the straights. You can compare it with every other track in my F1 25 setups for every track.
Differential at 100% and 25%. Fully locked on throttle, like 19 of the 24 tracks. Off throttle, 25% is on the open side. Only Suzuka, Zandvoort and Jeddah run less, and six other tracks use the same 25%. An open differential off throttle helps the car rotate when you lift for Becketts or Stowe.
Suspension at 41 and 3. The front is at the stiffest value used anywhere, shared by 14 tracks. The rear at 3 is soft. Seven tracks run less and 13 run more. Interlagos, Imola and Austin use the same 3.
Anti-roll bars at 10 and 17.5. Stiff at both ends. Only Melbourne, Imola, Jeddah and Singapore run a stiffer front bar, and Baku matches the 10. The rear at 17.5 has 14 tracks below it and nine above. Stiff bars keep the car flat through the changes of direction, and that matters more here than riding kerbs.
Ride height at 21 and 44. The front is in the middle. The rear is low. Only Interlagos, Suzuka, Mexico City, Zandvoort and Spa run less than 44. The track is flat and smooth, so the car can sit close to the ground and the floor works harder.
Brake bias at 54%. The same as 17 of the 24 tracks. Brake pressure is 100%.
Tyres at 29.5 and 22.35 psi. High at both ends. The fronts are at the highest pressure any track uses. Only the Hungaroring, Lusail and Spa run more at the rear.

How to drive it
Abbey and Farm are flat. Turn in early for Abbey and let the car run out to the left for Farm. The first brake of the lap is for Village, and it comes while the car is still loaded. Brake in a straight line as best you can.
Give up the Loop to win the Wellington Straight. Village and the Loop are slow and awkward. Take a late apex in the Loop and get the car straight for Aintree, which is flat. The straight after it is long.
Be patient in Luffield. Brooklands is a hard brake into a long left, and Luffield is a long right that never seems to end. Hold the car on the inside and wait. If you go to the throttle too early you run wide and lose the whole run through Woodcote to Copse.
Copse is a lift at most. In the dry with this setup you turn in at full speed with a small lift, or none once you trust it. Turn in early. The corner opens on the exit.
Maggotts and Becketts are about where you place the car. The first left and right are flat. Lift for the second left, brake lightly or downshift once for the right, then be early on the throttle through Chapel. Your speed down the Hangar Straight is decided here.
Stowe is faster than it looks. Brake late and briefly, drop one or two gears and carry speed to a late apex. The exit kerb is wide and you can use it.
Brake in a straight line for Vale. It is the heaviest stop of the lap, and the track drops away. Then stay tight through Club and feed in the throttle. With the differential locked, the rear snaps if you ask for too much.

How to adjust it to your driving
Change one thing at a time and drive three clean laps before you judge it.
- You cannot take Copse or Maggotts flat. Add two or three clicks to both wings. This is the first change I would make for a race.
- The rear steps out when you lift in the fast corners. Raise the off throttle differential from 25% to 30 or 35%.
- The car understeers in Luffield and the Loop. Soften the front anti-roll bar from 10 to 7, or add two clicks of front wing.
- You get wheelspin out of Club and the Loop. Lower the on throttle differential from 100% to 85%. The wet set goes down to 65%.
- The rear feels nervous in the changes of direction. Soften the rear anti-roll bar from 17.5 to 14.
- The tyres overheat in a long stint. Lower the pressures by 1 psi at the front and 0.5 psi at the rear. Silverstone is hard on the front left.
- You are on a controller. Start with wings at 23 and 21 and the on throttle differential at 80%. My F1 25 controller settings cover the calibration side.
Wet setup for Silverstone
Compared with the dry setup:
- The wings go up, from 20 and 17 to 23 and 22.
- The on throttle differential drops a lot, from 100% to 65%. Off throttle goes up from 25% to 30%.
- The rear suspension stiffens from 3 to 10. The front stays at 41.
- The anti-roll bars move from 10 and 17.5 to 11 and 15.
- The rear ride height goes up from 44 to 46. The front stays at 21.
- Brake bias moves forward from 54% to 55%.
- Tyre pressures drop. The fronts go from 29.5 to 28.3 psi on the right and 28.5 on the left. The rears go from 22.35 to 21.95 psi.
Camber, toe and brake pressure do not change.
In the wet, Copse and Becketts stop being flat and Silverstone becomes a different track. The 65% on throttle differential is the biggest change. It is there for the exits of the Loop, Luffield and Club, where a locked rear axle spins up as soon as you touch the throttle.
Silverstone setup for the 2026 Season Pack car
The 2026 cars arrived in F1 25 with the 2026 Season Pack. They have their own setups, and a 2025 setup does not carry over. F1Laps files these cars under F1 26. These are the sets for Silverstone as I read them on 5 October 2026.
| Setting | 2026 car, dry | 2026 car, wet |
|---|---|---|
| Front wing | 36 | 32 |
| Rear wing | 19 | 24 |
| Differential on throttle | 100% | 80% |
| Differential off throttle | 35% | 40% |
| Engine braking | 50% | 50% |
| Front camber | -3.50 | -3.50 |
| Rear camber | -2.00 | -2.00 |
| Front toe | 0.00 | 0.00 |
| Rear toe | 0.10 | 0.10 |
| Front suspension | 41 | 41 |
| Rear suspension | 17.5 | 16 |
| Front anti-roll bar | 2 | 10.5 |
| Rear anti-roll bar | 8 | 8 |
| Front ride height | 21 | 22 |
| Rear ride height | 48 | 48.5 |
| Brake pressure | 100% | 100% |
| Front brake bias | 57% | 57% |
| Front tyre pressures | 27.75 psi left, 27.25 psi right | 26 psi left, 24.8 psi right |
| Rear tyre pressures | 21.5 psi | 21.3 psi |
The 2026 car turns the balance around. The front wing goes up to 36 with the rear at 19. The differential is 100% on throttle and 35% off. The rear suspension goes from 3 to 17.5, and the anti-roll bars drop to 2 and 8, so the stiffness moves from the bars to the springs. Ride height is 21 and 48 and brake bias moves forward to 57%. The front tyres run 27.25 psi on the right and 27.75 on the left.
The 2026 data on F1Laps still moves from one day to the next. Treat it as a starting point and check the source before a league race.
