The best F1 25 Spa setup runs wings at 6 and 1, the differential at 100% on throttle and 30% off, suspension at 40 and 1, anti-roll bars at 5 and 20, ride height at 22 and 40 and front brake bias at 54%. It is a low drag setup. Only Monza and Las Vegas run less wing.

The numbers come from F1Laps, which reports what the 100 fastest setups at this track have in common. I read them on 5 October 2026. I have not tested this exact setup in the game, so take it as community data. The reading of it is mine.

Why this setup works at Spa

The Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps is 7.004 km long, the longest lap on the calendar, and has 19 corners. I have raced here in real cars, and what the numbers do not tell you is how much the track climbs and drops. You go downhill from La Source, up through Eau Rouge and Raidillon, and then flat out along the Kemmel straight.

The first and last parts of the lap are almost all full throttle. The middle part, from Les Combes down to Stavelot, is where the corners are. The setup accepts a harder middle sector to be fast on the straights, because that is where the lap time and the overtakes are.

Wings at 6 and 1. Only Monza and Las Vegas run less at either end. That tells you how much of the lap is spent at full throttle. The front has five clicks more than the rear, which keeps some bite for Pouhon and the middle sector. You can compare it with every other track in my F1 25 setups for every track.

Differential at 100% and 30%. Fully locked on throttle, like 19 of the 24 tracks. Off throttle, 30% is the most common value, used at nine tracks. Eleven run less, and only Melbourne, Montreal, Imola and Miami run more.

Toe at 0.02 and 0.10. Spa is the only track where the front toe is not zero. The other 23 all run 0.00. It is a small change that helps the car turn in to the fast corners. Camber is the usual -3.50 and -2.00.

Suspension at 40 and 1. The front is one click softer than the 41 that fourteen tracks use, the same as Imola. The rear at 1 is the softest setting in the game, shared with Shanghai, Suzuka, Mexico City, Zandvoort and Singapore. A soft rear helps traction out of La Source and the Bus Stop, the two corners that lead onto the longest full throttle sections.

Anti-roll bars at 5 and 20. A soft front bar and the stiffest rear bar any track uses. Only Mexico City and Zandvoort also run 20 at the rear. With almost no wing on the car, the bars do the work of making it rotate.

Ride height at 22 and 40. The rear at 40 is the lowest any track uses, and no other track matches it. A low rear means less drag. The front at 22 is on the high side: fourteen tracks run less, and only Imola and Las Vegas run more.

Brake bias at 54%. The value 17 of the 24 tracks use. Brake pressure is 100%.

Tyres at 27.6 and 26.5 psi. The rear pressures are the highest any track uses, by some margin. The fronts are in the lower third of the range. Seven tracks run less and sixteen run more.

How to drive it

La Source is about the exit. It is the slowest corner of the lap and everything after it is flat out until Les Combes. Brake in a straight line, turn in late and get the car straight before you go to full throttle. With the differential locked and almost no rear wing, the rear spins up easily here.

Eau Rouge and Raidillon need a clean line. Stay left on the way down, take the left kerb lightly, then let the car run over the crest to the right. Do not fight the steering at the top. With wings at 6 and 1 the car is light over the crest, and a big correction there costs you speed all the way down the Kemmel straight.

Brake early enough for Les Combes. You arrive at the highest speed of the lap with very little downforce. The car takes longer to stop than you expect. Miss the first apex and the whole right, left, right sequence is gone.

Be patient in Bruxelles. The long downhill right hander is where this setup understeers the most. Brake a little earlier, let the car turn, and wait for the throttle.

Pouhon is the test. The double left is fast and downhill on entry. Lift, turn in once, and get back on the throttle through the second part. If you need to brake hard here, you entered too fast.

Stavelot sets up the last sector. From the exit of Stavelot you are flat out through Blanchimont all the way to the Bus Stop. Take a late apex and open the steering early.

Brake straight for the Bus Stop. It is the best overtaking spot after Les Combes and the easiest place to lock a wheel. Stay off the big kerbs. The stiff rear bar makes the rear jump when you hit them.

How to adjust it to your driving

Change one thing at a time and drive three clean laps before you judge it.

  • The rear steps out through Eau Rouge or Pouhon. Add two clicks of rear wing, from 1 to 3. This is the first change I would make. You lose a little on the straights and gain a car you can trust.
  • The car is still nervous in the fast corners. Soften the rear anti-roll bar from 20 to 16.
  • You get wheelspin out of La Source. Lower the on throttle differential from 100% to 90%, the value the wet set uses.
  • The car understeers in the middle sector. Add two clicks of front wing, from 6 to 8.
  • The car bottoms out or bounces over the kerbs. Raise the rear ride height from 40 to 43.
  • The rear locks under braking into Les Combes. Move the brake bias forward from 54% to 56%.
  • You are on a controller. Start with wings at 8 and 4, the rear anti-roll bar at 14 and the on throttle differential at 85%. My F1 25 controller settings cover the calibration side.

For a race, I would run the 8 and 3 wings from the start. A wing level of 6 and 1 is fast over one lap, but the rear tyres slide in the middle sector and that costs you over a stint.

Wet setup for Spa

It rains at Spa more than at most tracks, so this one is worth saving. Compared with the dry setup:

  • The wings go up a little, from 6 and 1 to 9 and 3.
  • The on throttle differential drops from 100% to 90%.
  • The front toe goes back to zero, from 0.02 to 0.00.
  • The front anti-roll bar goes up one click, from 5 to 6.
  • The rear ride height goes up from 40 to 45.
  • Tyre pressures change. The fronts go up from 27.6 to 29.5 psi and the rears drop from 26.5 to 25.

The off throttle differential, camber, rear toe, suspension, rear anti-roll bar, front ride height, brake pressure and brake bias do not change.

It is a small step for a wet setup. The wings are still very low at 9 and 3, so the car stays quick on the straights and you have to be careful everywhere else. If you find it too hard to drive in the rain, add more rear wing first. Nothing else gives you as much stability.

The 2026 car keeps the tiny rear wing, 1.5, but runs much more at the front, 17. The differential is 100% on throttle and 35% off. The rear suspension goes from 1 to 10 and the rear anti-roll bar from 20 down to 9. Ride height is 23 and 47, brake bias is 57%, and the tyres run 26.8 and 22.5 psi.

The 2026 data on F1Laps still moves from one day to the next. Treat it as a starting point and check the source before a league race.

Other tracks and older games

For the one permanent track with even less wing, see my F1 25 Monza setup. For another setup with the rear anti-roll bar at 20 and the rear suspension at 1, see my F1 25 Mexico setup. For another lap of fast corners with a very different wing level, see my F1 25 Silverstone setup. If you are on an older game, I have a Spa setup for F1 23.

FAQ

What is the best setup for Spa in F1 25?

Wings 6 and 1, differential 100% on throttle and 30% off, camber -3.50 and -2.00, toe 0.02 and 0.10, suspension 40 and 1, anti-roll bars 5 and 20, ride height 22 and 40, brake pressure 100%, front brake bias 54%, front tyres 27.6 psi and rear tyres 26.5 psi.

What wing level should I run at Spa in F1 25?
