With regard to the latter, the positive camber on the front left will assist you quite a bit in the initial turn-in phase, while the negative camber on the right will assist in mid-corner rotation where the most lateral load is exerted on the greater.
An excellent option that would be effective would be to have a fairly stiff swaybar of around 1.500° which would enable you to rotate the vehicle quite nice without also unduly disturbing the rear.
The important thing here is that the vehicle should not have a large amount of oversteer as this would lower your confidence making you unable to consistently push the limits more and more.
In terms of gearing, a 3.10 rear-end ratio and a 3 gears setup should be used.
