Have you been looking around for the latest and best setups in Nascar Heat 5 but struggled to find any good ones?
We all know how essential it is to have a great NASCAR Xfinity setup in NH5, especially in such a tricky circuit as Homestead.
If you’re looking to crack into the mid 31s then you’ll want to make sure you get yourself a great car setup to give you the best chance.
You’ll want to run a negative 3.0 camber in the front right while a positive 4.0 degrees in the front left.
That positive camber on the front left will help you a lot with the initial turn-in phase, whereas the negative one on the right wheel will increase the mid-corner rotation phase where there’s the highest lateral grip on the tires.
You’ll want a pretty stiff swaybar around 1.585° since it will help you rotate the car nicely on entry, while at the same time not unsettling the rear too much at the apex.
It’s really key to not have too much oversteer in the car as it would hurt your confidence and prevent you from pushing the limits.
In terms of gearing, you’ll want to run a 3 gears setup with a rear-end ratio of 3.70.
Make sure you get yourself a nice draft as that can improve your laptime by even 3 to 4 tenths.
